Collective agreements

A collective agreement is an agreement between a workers' organization and an employer or employers' organization on sector-specific working conditions. These include wages, working hours, holidays and other benefits that are observed within the scope of the agreement. Collective agreements can be either normally binding or universally binding.

Whistleblowing

The so-called Whistleblowing Act (Act on the Protection of Persons Reporting Violations of European Union and National Law) requires protection for persons reporting misconduct. The Act is based on the EU's Whistleblowing Directive. The Act creates a framework for how misconduct or illegal activity can be reported and what kind of protection is provided to the whistleblower.
